At Alphabet City Pizza Co., we bake every pizza in steel pans for a crispy bottom, airy crust, and those caramelized cheese edges everyone fights over. The cheese goes all the way to the edge. The sauce goes on top.

The corners do not play around. Our dough and sauce are made from scratch, and every pie is built for balance: crispy, airy, cheesy, saucy. No dead zones. No sad crust. No floppy slices. Just American comfort food with a little New York attitude, served right here in Chiang Mai.

OUR METHOD

BUILT FOR CRISP.

48-hour cold-fermented dough. A mozzarella/cheddar blend pushed all the way to the edge for that signature caramelized "frico" crust. Sauce ladled on top, the way Detroit does it.
